...and the Lord added to their numbers...

This past Sunday at Horizons, we gave people a chance to sign up for ministries. Although we are always giving people opportunities to join our ministries, a couple times a year we try to make a big deal out of it.

Last Sunday, it was a really big deal. As a result of Jay's wicked awesome sermon on serving, I had more people join the Kids Ministries team than ever before. I currently have 11 new youth and adults interested in sharing Jesus with kids. Wow.

I already have the greatest group of people serving in Kids Ministries, and I am glad to be able to add more. If you have a kid at Horizons, you should know that the most amazing people in our church are working with our kids, and God is faithfully sending us even more great people.
